Happy go lucky
Always seeing the bright side
What can go wrong?

(3rd line is 1 syllable short but I think it's best)

@Morganna: that's a great sentiment, though given your last epic haiku sequence I fear for your narrator already!

@Marc: busy week again (got through an audit today though, which helps a lot in terms of work to do). I will catch up on comments, but it might take a few days again. Sorry :(

Optimism
By hook or by crook,
Every day he finds a smile
Left by someone else.

Insanity rules!
Everyone is happier
Faking it. Smile please!

Morganna - I like the contrast between your first two lines and your third and how it ends things on a bit of a sinister note...

Greg - yeah, me too :P

Hah, really like your first. Though the enthusiasm of your second is hard to deny. But I've always been fond of the phrase 'by hook or by crook' so that wins the day this week :)
